I am a level 2 Reiki practitioner and Sound healer. I am also an artist so love anything that fills my need for creativity.

I started my energy healing journey in 2018 after receiving Reiki for the first time and feeling particularly drawn to the feeling of well being and relaxation it gave to me. As i continued my journey i realised that I am an empath and have a strong intuition that allows energy to turn itself on whenever I am near people that need healing.

I started attending sound baths which I found incredibly relaxing and enabled me to journey into my inner world. I decided to start training in sound healing and so far i have completed Foundation Level Sound Healing, and Level 1 and 2 gongs with the Sound Healing Academy. I have also completed Level 1, 2 and Expert Sound Healer with Vickie Gould from Life Changing Energy. I enjoy hosting people in my home studio and guiding them on their own journeys into sound. I recently embarked on my Kundalini yoga level one teacher training and will be able to start teaching soon!
